What will it take for people to genuinely accept and respect everyone?

For us not to judge, or talk behind eachother's back. Instead of putting someone down, uplift them, help them as if they were someone you really cared for. What will it take for us to whole heartedly Love everyone no matter what they think, what they believe, how they look, how they talk, how they dress etc......What will it take for us to LOVE eachother as if our life depended on it?? What will it take for people who dont like to answer questions like this to open up, and speak your mind. Without offending someone intentionally??
