Why is it that Barack Obama, Tiger Woods, Halle Berry, and others are considered black?

But the rule still obviously goes on..I have native American White and Spanish ancestors But yet I'm still considered by others to be "black".."Black genes" are very strong and dominant so I guess that's why they'll call the people you listed "black" before they call them "white"..But that's how it is with people with mixed "black" genes..You will still be considered black. But a white person mixed with some o ne from Spain will not come over here and be considered "hispanic" I think the whole "race" thing should just be abolished..It's actually just all nonsense!
