How to get a boy to like uu long distance..?

im 16 and i live in france . i like this boy who lives in england and he is 17.. he used to like me but not any more, he says thers not much point in him liking me because we live so far apart .. he says he would go out with me when i move back to england but for now id just like him to fancy me likeee' :L how do i do thiss? ..
