Any good Valentines ideas for him?

Me and my boyfriend have been together for two years in March. I'll be 16 and he'll be 17. We live in upstate New York and it's too cold to do to much outside. I was looking for suggestions in what to do for Valentines Day. He like the outdoors; hunting, mudding, riding. I need some really good ideas on what to do, and what i could possibly give him. Clothes, and chocolate are basically no good. I was looking for something really sweet and that would show him how much i care. Anything can helppppp. :)
