HELP! MY ROBO HAMSTER FELL ABOUT 5 FEET DOWN?

HELP HELP HELP THE POOR LITTLE GUY DOESN'T SEEM RIGHT! He's twitching the eye he fell on and seems really ill and tired like sleepy or restless. PLEASE HELP, I love my hamster very much, He fell on his back and for months now yellow puss has been coming out of his wet belly on. His fur is all greasy in that area and im very worried! Can anyone please tell if hes going to be ok?
