How can I prevent my urethra being bruised and damaged?

The incubation period (time taken for appearance of symptoms after person being infected) of Chlamydial infection is 3 weeks. After 3 weeks patient presents with urethral discharge, dysuria and pa. But in most cases it is asymptomatic.
