English Women VS American Women and Attire?

When I was in England for about 8 months, I met a few really wonderful, cool and very educated and intelligent women there! I also found that British women regularly wear vintage nylon stockings! It really is a turn on and the tactile sensation is unprecedented! I was blown away with how the British women loved having you rub their legs while wearing them! It drove me crazy! Now these women are professional women and actually two of them were CEO's! American women although also very intelligent are more likely to not wear hosiery at all! Those that actually do will wear hosiery because it is cold outside but never for the male attention that I experienced in England! When asking a few of my American women friends about this most responded as such. "Aghhhh too uncomfortable and those nylons are too much hle! Garter/Suspender belts and yadi yadi yada! Also The British women are very articulate in their speech and enjoy flirting and intimate exchanges using their wares such as the stockings! It was to say the least, Very exciting and fun! Why is it American women are so turned off by wanting to please and turn on a guy? Also why are wearing y nylons such a big no no! I find American women very visually pretty, yet it's incorrect to sensually woo a guy!
