Does a psychiatrist ever read everything in your file?

In the case where your therapist works with your psychiatrist, would the psychaitrist ever read everything in your chart, including personal writing samples that you have shared with your therapist, or do they just go by certain things the therapist tells them? im pretty sure my therapist puts everything that i give him into my psychiatric file, because he never gives the stuff back. would this mean that my psychiatrist would read my writing also? i guess that means he would view me the way the therapist does?, or maybe they both like to use my writing stuff to diagnose me with stuff i dont know about. heh i'd really like to know. its a blue file my psychiatrist opens when i see him for meds, to just a couple of specific pages pertaining to stuff i'm already aware of, such as my eye doc stuff. hee hee what if i tried to turn the pages?
