If you pay someone VIA paypal for items but they NEVER send it.. is there a way to get your money back?

I bought a couple of [overpriced] things from a girl in new york. She said she sent it over a month ago but I haven't gotten ANYTHING. She's ignoring me now. Can I get my money back somehow?
