Oil Reached $100/barrel this week...anyone know why?

Just look to the darling of the limousine liberals, Hugo Chavez, and you'll have the answer as to why the oil prices have gone up. They'd have you believe that American businessmen are behind it but that ilk would always rather blame Americans than anyone else anyway, unless there's a liberal in the White House.
