If Tom brought a piece of land and Bob was given one part of that land. Divided jointly. Both Notorized same day, but have different descriptions. Now Tom's tract is recorded frist 1897, then Bob has his recorded 1931. Tom's deed has an approximate 300 ft. closure, part because magnetic variation, now thier saying that 1931 is different.
