Spotting two weeks after period?

I am curently on the generic form of yasmin and do not stop after 3 weeks to take the inactive pills, I take the active pills for months. I only have 1 or 2 periods a year. Usually my period just starts at no certain time. I had with a condom and took a pill after in November and my period started the day after. It was normal. Then for about 2 weeks after I was not as consistent taking my pills and I started spotting. It lasted for a week and was mostly brownish. I'm wondering if it was spotty because I was inconsistent with the pills for 2 weeks? Or if I could possibly be pregnant? I have had since then as well but we always use condoms.
