External storage system for office?

I would recommend a small server. If it's a very small office (less than 10 people), get a Windows Home Server based machine from HP. Otherwise you should consider getting a full server system with BackupPC, AMANDA, or Restore as your backup software. All three of those work across for MacOS, Windows 9x/NT, and other Unix-based systems.
