Effexor and withdawls...help me!!!!!!! i want to just die?

for about 2 months i was on effexor xr 75 mg and in the last week and a half was tapered to 37.5 mg and 2 days ago no more meds, cold turkey. yesterday i was fine and today i am. a nervous wreck. feel like i dont know what is gong on, i am very moody and snapping at everyone, my body is aching, i am dizzy and getting little zaps in my head i also take xanax and lithium an i have taken an extra 75 mg i found and open the effexor and left a little med in there to tide me over. i also have taken extra xanax. i am supposed to start a half a tablet of 20 mg of celexa. ples i need some advice an please let me know what is up with this new med. thank you so much
